INSPIRED BY TRADITION

Many of our dishes are Italian fare, inspired by the various regions of Italy. While we are far from Italy, the Italian migrant roots grow deep in the Daylesford, and we have access to amazing local ingredients that we love to incorporate into our menu. Traditional Italian dishes get a local 'spin' like our seasonal Caprese update when local tomatoes go out of season. Then there are the staff favourites, things that are far from traditional, but bursting with delicious Italian ingredients - such as our wood-fired garlic bread.
