TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Duration of reservation:

Strict time limits apply for all bookings. We kindly ask that you emphasise with your guests the importance of arriving at Beppe at your booked arrival time and depart at or before the end of your reservation end time. We appreciate your cooperation to not arrive earlier than your booking time as we may not have room to accommodate early arrivals. If you are unable to make it to your booking on time we will accommodate where possible, letting us know ahead of time is always appreciated.

Cancellations:

At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, reduction of numbers, or change of date is required to avoid a cancellation fee for standard bookings. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given the following cancellation fees apply:

  • $50 per person.

If you need to cancel: Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made via email to ciao@beppe.com.au or by replying to your email booking confirmation. If one of your booked guests is unable to attend, this requires notice also, otherwise the cancellation charge will still apply.

GROUP BOOKINGS: DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

All pre-paid set menus are a minimum spend and payable via our booking site. At least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, reduction of numbers, or change of date is required to avoid a cancellation fee for group bookings. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given the following cancellation fees apply:

  • $50 per person

If you need to cancel: Cancellations and changes to bookings should be made via email to ciao@beppe.com.au or by replying to your email booking confirmation. If one of your booked guests is unable to attend, this requires notice also, otherwise the cancellation charge will apply. You will not receive a refund or a credit for a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time.

At the sole discretion of Beppe, in the event a refund needs to be processed for a late-cancellation (e.g. a major change of Government imposed rules out of your and our control), refunds will be processed.

Children:

Well-behaved children are most welcome and our staff will happily accommodate to provide high chairs (subject to availability). Children are to remain seated at the table all times. Beppe is a small restaurant and we do not have space for prams and we don’t have baby change facilities. We can not fit highchairs at certain tables including window tables and barstool seating. Please note we do not have a children's menu, nor can we provide 'half serves'. 

APPLICABLE SURCHARGES:

1.65% applicable on all card transactions.

A 15% service surcharge applies for all transactions on public holidays.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:

By making a booking, you agree that you will comply with all current State Government restrictions.
